We have a card reader at the front enterance. You need to swipe it before 7:30 AM and after 5:30 - anytime in between, the doors are open.
A workday is 7.5 hours, not including lunch. You are considered full-time at 30 hours.
That said, we have what are called core hours - 9 AM to 3 PM. Your schedule, however it is (and yes, you can be flexible with it however you want) must include those hours. Lunch, usually 30 minutes or an hour, depending on how your 7.5 hour workday is going, must be taken between 11:30 - 1:30.
