No need to be offended, BamaGirl. It's just that this thread is not a name the state game, it is a database. At the time you posted I had posted in red that it was "under construction - please do not post yet". I needed to reserve enough spaces in the thread for each jurisdiction. (Since I have enough spaces it now reads "under construction" only.)
