well, since no one else has posted yet, i figured i'd let you in the bad news ThielGirl received this week..
"Thiel College is not looking forward to expanding at this time.. You can try again in 2003, and for right now, you can create a club called "The Phi Sig Club"...able to get theme housing..."
It would be pointless to attempt in 2003- we all would be rising seniors and some of the girls we had interested in it would already be graduating. So, unfortunatly, there will not be a new chapter at Thiel College
