I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for, but I think emphasizing strength of the brotherhood, greater transparency, a stronger linkage between alumni and college chapters for mentorship as well as intergenerational fellowship, and a better sense of history (re-invigorating the meaning and origins behind all the rituals in a cultural-historical context) would be good. I think Skip comes closer to those aims and ideals than Peale does.
Sometimes I feel that way to although I am alot younger in the frat than you.
I do believe each has what the other needs to win.
