I would also like to mention that we were the first to have a alumni directory, first to print a fraternity song book and first to print a fraternity history. But to answer your question Tom, national does have the ability to yank the charter, though they only do that if things are realllly bad or the majority of the brotherhood asks for it. I personally am not from the Cornell chapter nor have I met anybody from Cornell. One thing I love about Psi U is the fact that we are national and have the support structure that suggest, yet we have alot of autonomy for individual chapters.
