Usually I would just ignore such drivel.
Heck, I'm not even
in a BGLO. Nor am I black. But I got to thinking about "division among blacks"..
I think African-Americans
do need to work together and recognize their worth as a people (not to say that white's don't need to respect them and realize their worth as well!).
But i hear an awful lot of African-Americans who seem to be a little too much 'black power and unity'..
You're still individuals. Everyone of us is. What's for some isn't for others. Don't expect someone to
lower their own personal standards and expectations just because they are
different.
