There's also "1913 at Howard University...22 women formed a Sorority...." but that might be considered 'old fashioned' by today's standards.
Almost every chapter that I have interacted with has their own Founders Step but Sorors pretty much use the same 3 versions of the words. My least favorite is the version that ends with "it ain't e-i-kee, it ain't skee-wee...it's just OOOO-OOOP, for DST." No need to mention other sororities ever but especially during our Founders Step.
What we did is choose 3 steps from our step collection and adjust the steps to fit the Founders Step beat. So after the "Sorors break it down" part (or however you transition beyond the "slap legs and snap fingers" part of the step) we had the three lines doing three different steps. I tried to find something similar on youtube but couldn't. If you have steps that you all do that can be incorporated, go from there.
