Pi Phi is a NICKNAME for Pi Beta Phi. It happens to be this sorority's full name. If you copyright every nickname, there aren't going to be any letters left.
Believe it or not, there are such things as coincidences. Believe it or not, some people have no idea who all the NPC groups are.
I'm not saying there haven't been some straight up imitators (we've outed most of them on here) - I just don't think this is one of them. If it was, there would be way more arrows and wine red and silver blue.
