I took my 6 year old to the dentist today and once we got into the exam room we waited for 45 minutes. Luckily, I had a coloring book and crayons for my daughter, but I was getting impatient and grumpy! Then the assistant came in and apologized for the wait; the dentist had to attend to a toddler who had gotten kicked in the face (
