The better focus is how well he's handling his anger and substance abuse (alcoholism?) issues. Their children need two healthy parents.
Denise Richards isn't immune from criticism, either, because she has probably said and done evil things (divorces can be nasty) and has that new reality show, which wasn't a necessary venture in the midst of all this.
