The IDOS in my area was a beautiful collective effort. Those women worked HARD. I couldn't participate the entire day because I had other obligations, but I got to most of the events.

There was a walk-a-thon to educate people about HIV/AIDS, a health fair (my cholesterol, glucose and BP are great! ), and two forums. I nearly froze to death in the walk-a-thon, but the hot cocoa afterward thawed me out!
