Bob is like many people who think finding an old lady with her mouth on his father's dirty penis is gross.
Bob also could be like many people who think that people with dementia and Alzheimer's are not fully capable of giving consent (just like there are people who try to keep mentally retarded people from having sex).
I don't know what I would've done in Bob's situation. The old lady asked the reporter "who do you love," which is cute. I might've just let these old folk be sexually free and love each other until they passed on.
