When a mom stops feeding the milk will dry up on its own. If she never stops feeding, the body won't stop producing.

But I did almost barf after reading how the woman in this link TRIED to make cheese out of her own breastmilk that was stored in the fridge http://www.indrani.net/index.php?q=2...st_milk_cheese. It's not possible apparently but it's gross that she tried to.
