I hate that there are obnoxious, spoiled rich kids in my subdivision that broke into my house. How do we know it was kids? The neighbors saw him as he was getting away. How do we know it was probably internal? The subdivison only has gated entraces where you have to talk to a guard to get in.
There are lots of kids that live back there that have every material possession they could want, so they feel the need to take drugs and vandalize and steal. They have all the stuff they want - they're looking for experiences.
I hate that the bastards went through all my stuff and made a huge mess in my room. I hate that they did the same thing for my mom's room. The morons left behind a few juice boxes that they were trying to drink with some gin from our liquor cabinet.
I hate that the "police" don't give a damn. They said they had a few leads, but called my mom back yseterday saying "we spoke to some 'gentlemen' (um, excuse me, I thought they were called SUSPECTS) and they were no where in the area." How do they know? What if the kid said he was doing homework or something else easy to lie about? Its like they came out and dusted for fingerprints, so that's all they're going to do.
I am thankful I have wonderful neighbors who helped us board things up an clean up,a nd are on the watch. I am thankful that no one was hurt and nothing of serious value was taken.
But I hate that these little shits are more than likely going to get away with it.
