First some effective communications lessons: DO NOT "SHOULD" ON ME--it causes you to sound/be read as aggressive...
Secondly, since some organizations already have surpassed their centennials and others are preparing to celebrate theirs, what convincing does ANYONE have to do to obtain members given our respective histories over a century...
Maybe schooling as to how to become a member as allowed by the International Headquarters as agreed may be needed and everyone in the D9 is interested in that possibility--i.e. "Meet the Greeks". But you have to understand that our lawyers restrict how we want to display our information.
Just as much as one can become a member of these kinds of organization, it is easier for expulsion these days. And folks just cannot afford higher dues and/or risk their gemstones for stupidity.
I have the contact information of a wonderful Kappa man who would love to tell you everything you might want to know!!!
Good luck on your endeavors.
