I have to say that I am a HUGE fan of the FIRM workouts (well a lot smaller fan since I started doing the workouts), which incorporate both weights and aerobics in an hour. They promise results in 10 workouts, assuming you do the workouts about 4 times a week, and they are NOT kidding. Drink lots of water, eat your fruits and veggies (advice I need to take!), and you'll be looking and more importantly feeling great...'cause if you aren't in good health and you don't have lots of energy, how are you going to be able to stay up all night dancing?
