About a month ago, my goal was to get my butt, stomach, and legs in top shape so I looked good in a bathing suit. I hit the gym and not a day has gone by that my muscles have not ached.

But, I started doing ballet again and I think it has worked so well. I use to do ballet when I was younger and I have stopped for a couple of years. It works your muscles so well though. I noticed within 3 weeks that my leg muscles were much more toned.
