Regardless of what Americans think about the POTUS and other aspects of America, it is a dangerous thing to be humored or celebrate when other countries take jabs or create advertisements at our expense.
And, yes, when it boils down to it, it is at our expense because he was voted as our POTUS. Such jabs at other countries' leaders by Americans wouldn't be received so well by them.
