TriSigmaTx is right. Four years ago, the AZD chapter at my school closed. They asked to be allowed to recolonize before any other chapter came. That request was denied. They were originally supposed to have been allowed back in 2003, but another sorority is colonizing now and I don't think our Panhel will want two colonies at once.
