If this is a real/legitimate question, I would consider a different gift. If you really want to etch some letters on something, how about the couples monogram?
I love my GLO, and continue to be involved as an alum. However, I can't think of a single occasion where I would want to serve guests on dishes that had my sorority letters on it. Perhaps the "once in a blue moon" where I am hostess for our alumnae group... but really... it is just not a practical gift, and may even border on cheeseball.
As I have gotten older, my love for my organization grows stronger, but my desire to have trinkets around my house with the letters has waned. Other than jewelry I do not own anything with the letters on them.
But, like Sydney... I am waiting for the spam to pop up.
