I lost 10 pounds in one month thanks to "The 5 Factor Diet" book. The book is touted as the last weight loss book that you'll ever read and for me that's true. It's full of common sense tactics (eat 5 times a day, exercise 5 times a week, eat healthy protein and low-mid range glycemic carbs, etc.). It also does a great job of explaining WHY we need to do these things.
