That's really a bummer that this idea is getting shot down on this board. I realize that 'concerned' citizens can wander through the threads of this forum and filter our the positive things that greeks have done. But that's
not an efficient way to get the word out there...sure, it will work slowly, but I'm not satisfied with that.
I'm not trying to advertise...I'm trying to get people to take action. If you can't see that then I apologize. I've received support through other areas where I've been rounding up the troops and maybe I should just stick to positive arenas where Greeks care.
If I can gather enough positive stories about Greeks on my website, then I'm 100% confident I can get the media to stop ignoring the great things greeks do. I've never been prouder to be Greek then I have this week, interacting with so many people and explaining to each person exactly what it means to be greek.
People care, and I think it's important to spread the word.
