I was simply trying to explain to Kevin what Dani said - the foundation director does not always have a hand in expansion. Just because oldu's mythical and not-too-discreet friend gave her opinion on why her sorority turned down this or that campus, doesn't mean that she had jack shit to do with it or any say in it.
