I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY doubt that it is licensed to sell the "Chanel" fabric. It's not even licensed to sell SK stuff:

That site and its owner are bound to be sued. Not to mention that it's tacky to wear such a blatantly fake logo.
Note to all members of all GLOs: do not buy counterfeit items. This isn't even a "knock off", made to look sorta similar to the logo, it's blatantly using the name. That's illegal.
