I thought you were saying Miley & Jodie were on the same level of skills (really not so much).
The difference is in the way they're handling it. Miley's already raised some eyebrows putting pics on myspace, now this? And then blaming it on the magazine? Jodie on the other hand, was very clear that "this was only a movie" and followed it up with something Disney, I believe. She never tried to "disown" being in the movie.
