I am glad that Rev Wright put himself out there at this time (hopefully it will be the last time during the campaign). I think that he was able to paint a more complete picture of himself. However, I think that Obama HAD to 'denounce' him to save his campaign and Rev Wright's 'antics' gave him the opportunity to do so. The press is reflecting that Bro Wright has been eerily silent since the Obama press conference; I believe that this is intentional. All Obama has to do now is no longer entertain questions related to this topic in an unequivocal and discussion-ending tone. Now he can get on with the business of becoming our next president!

BTW, if this 'controversy' is all his opponents have on him, he is definitely a shoo-in. Clinton and McCain have enough baggage to overflow several train cars!
