This brings up a question I've always had about little sister or "sweetheart" organizations. Did the members of the group go through initiation of some sort? I've heard references to membership selection, pledging, etc., with these groups. So at some point do the little sisters go through an initiation or crossing over ceremony? Even if it's not the same as the fraternity's?
If you do go through initiation and learn some of the fraternity secrets then
. But at the same time it would suck to be a member of such an org and get nothing out of it in terms of ceremony/ritual.
