because I thought Evan and Cappie were presidents of their respective fraternities. So since Evan isn't President of Omega Chi, is Cappie president of Kappa Tau.
I loved when Rusty clarified that its a "fraternity" not a "frat."
I find Dale adorable in a wierd way.
