Sadly, when I went to school at my university there were many negative undertones whispered by members of NPC and IFC alike about NPHC groups.
One girl at a NPC recruitment event even told me that NPHC sororities were not even real sororities!
I was appalled and lost all respect for this girl and the GLO she was representing at the time.
When I was in college I had a great relationship with many members of D9 groups! Several of my friends were President of their respective sororities and councils.
I tried to break the mold that my campus seemed to be stuck into! I just hope that others are now trying to change the ignorance.
