So, basically, due to peer pressure and feeling lonely, she joined a chapter where she felt all the members were dumb and skanky, and as a result she feels that all D9 orgs are devolving into pointless gangs on college campuses and that's why she refuses to join a grad chapter even though she thinks they're still okay?
