According to the snippet I heard from the new Judge (not sure of her name - I haven't watched since Mablean!), they are trying to get things worked out now before it gets to that point. The wife says he has anger issues, so I guess they are heading down that road.
With this lineup, I have to wonder if the "celebs" get paid on this show. And for that matter, the regular folk. It all seems to be for entertainment purposes only, or are the judgements made on TV judge shows usually enforceable (or whatever the word is)? Gary is a different story, but with all of Juanita's income I can't imagine what this would be for her besides another appearance.
