With all due respect, OtisAllan did not post that recruitment was down at every chapter, or at every campus, or in every conference/council, or in every region. He said
"nationally". And while I know some of my fellow Southerners may not like to admit it,
"nationally" includes the South. And all GLOs for that matter.
