Fraternal Composite has given me nothing but problems, either. I signed a contract at the end of October for my fraternity to have a December 5th sitting. We didn't even get a confirmation letter for our proof until the end of
March. I called today (end of April) to check on when it was going to be finished, and they said another
two to three weeks!!!!
October 15th - Requested contract
October 26th - Signed contract
December 5th - Photography sitting
December 6th-March 27th - ?!?!?!
March 27th - Confirmation of proof
March 27th-April 22nd - ?!?!?!
April 22nd - Irate phone call to FCS
May 10th - Expected delivery date
Keep in mind, the last day of finals for U of I is May 9th... Thankfully, I've found a local firm that does them, so I won't have to deal with FCS again!
I can't wait 'til I have to void next year's contract...
