There is no such thing as consensual sex with a minor. PERIOD. The state attorney can charge that man with statutory rape, as he well should. People that live in Maryland should not allow a fringe group of sexual deviants to espose their satanic rhetoric which says that CHILDREN are mature enough to make decisions about their sexuality.
