Color Blind?
What should be color blind? I am proud of my ethnicity and I don't want it ignored. I'm sure most "ethnic" GLOs are proud of their heritage, as well.
I think your situation is not about color but creativity and respect. You guys should engage the other GLOS in dialogue about this. But it seems like a big deal is being made out of a recreational activity. Are you getting drama when you do your service events and outreach?
