As long as your sorority is not one of the 26 National Panhellenic Conference sororities, you are indeed eligible to participate in recruitment.
However, participating doesn't mean you'll receive a bid. We don't know the culture of your campus so no one here can really say what your actual chances are. All the rules say is that you can go through recruitment.
