As Pnguin Trax posted to this same question in another thread, if you are a pledge (not initiated) and transfer to another school, the "one year" rule does not apply. You are starting with a completely fresh slate and are not bound to the sorority at the first school. As far as NPC rules are concerned, that is. How it is received in actual practice is, as I pointed out, a different story.
