That said, please realize that the "Vera Bradley" who told you to suicide, saying that you were already as good as a sister, committed a very serious recruitment infraction. Even if you decide against reporting it, be sure to remind YOUR sisters about how badly that can hurt someone!

I know what they did was horrible and I found out that I wasn't even the only girl that this happened to. Since our campus is so small and there is deferred rush, unfortunately these rush infractions happen a lot. I know I should have reported it, but at the time I didn't want to cause any more drama and I had also heard that another girl who experienced this reported them so I didnt even bother. But our chapter really stressed the importance of not promising girls bids no matter what the circumstance because you really never know what will happen. :-)

I wasn't trying to offend you or start drama. Just be reading your post, I was able to narrow down who this chapter likely was and this could reflect badly on your chapter as well as that one.

And its okay you didnt offend me :-) Im really glad you pointed it out actually! I was "heat of the moment" posting and typed everything that came to mind (notice the horrible spelling) and I really should have been more vague hah!
