If you know an alumna of any of those 7 sororities (they do not have to be App State alumnae), she can write you a rec. For example, if a high school math teacher is an Alpha Delta Pi alumna from UNC, she can write you a rec.
Some NPCs allow collegiate members of other chapters to write recs.
This thread has a list of which ones allow it. Since Phi Mu allows collegians of other chapters to write a rec, if you had a friend who goes to Elon and is a Phi Mu, for example, she could write you a rec. You can not get a rec from a collegiate member of an App State chapter.
