Did Kids Know Consequences?
Investigators now say an alleged plot by nine third graders at an elementary school in Waycross to attack, possibly even kill, their teacher was the mastermind of a 9-year-old girl.
But the question remains, what motivated them? Did the third graders really know the consequences of what they were planning?
Waycross investigators say their plot at Center Elementary was shockingly organized, detailed, and disturbing. Police say a 9-year-old girl was the ring leader, who led eight other third grade students.
Investgators said each of them had a role, including handcuffing the teacher, hitting her with a paper weight, stabbing her, and then, cleaning up the mess.
