Gamma Mu chapter is also struggling at the moment, we only got 1 new member for this entire year. I went to the RLC in Charlotte though and picked up a bunch of strategies. I would really recommend you read "Good Guys" a book about how to successfully rush. The author gave a presentation at the conference and it was pretty good. I also got to listen to Buckwheat speak. The key part of rush is developing a names list. Get the names of as many guys as possible and follow up on them. To get names, you have to talk to new people, but you can also ask for recommendations, particularly from sororities. If you get in their good graces, it will help you out in the long run. Other than that, everything that SOTeke mentioned was covered at the RLC, and if I were you, I would implement every strategy he covered; I know my chapter will next fall when Buckwheat comes down to help us out.
