I don't know if you have to get recs from all ten sororities... it might be better if you do some research on a couple that you might like to join (of course, each night of recruitment you'll change your mind on which one!).
Recs are important on a large campus like LSU as opposed to my school which is smaller and only like 2% of the student population is Greek... the organizations want to make sure they have quality girls and it's easier to find that with help from recommendations.
But even if you don't have recs, just look your best, be yourself, and enjoy the experience of Formal Recruitment. The groups are bound to notice and will want you despite a rec.
Show them what good things you can offer their organization because that's ultimately what we look for in potential new members (you!).
And it definitely helps that LSU will send you all that info!
