She confided in you because she trusts you - are you willing to break that confidence and possibly even lose her as a friend?
He has no hold on her, yet she stays with him. Why?
Express your concerns to her, support her, be there for her. That's really where your responsibility for the situation ends. Sometimes, trying to guide someone out of a bad situation just makes them more determined to stay in it - depends on her mindset.
