HAPPY AKAVERSARY to you!!

Now I have a question? What is the 84 for? I thought maybe that was the year you crossed? Then your line number? Then the year you were born which would make you 18 so now I guess I just want to know what 84 represents but if it is personal or NOMB -- you just say so nicely though.
