Tippie would be right... I see a few similarities but enough differences to not feel ripped off. The two stars point to KAT in my mind, the lions to Phi Mu or ADPi or even SAEPi. It seems they just made a modge-podge of everyone so it's equal-opportunity stealing I guess.
