WASHINGTON, March 19 (Reuters) - U.S. regulators said on Wednesday they had identified a contaminant found in batches of Baxter International's (BAX.N: Quote, Profile, Research) recalled blood-thinner heparin as part of their investigation into serious reactions and deaths.

Wow!! Just wow... That is NOT safe. There is an issue of immunoresponsiveness of the heparin or the ineffectiveness of the heparin--it exacerbates clotting or whatever the symptoms were... Meaning it is NOT heparin that was injected, but thioled-heparin. Just ugly!!!
