Nu Gamma Gamma is one MOVING chapter. First it was located in Panama, then Puerto Rico. Hopefully it will remain in Canada.
I think a chapter in Canada is great!
I don't think they are the first undergrads in the 13th district, I believe University of Hawaii started an undergrad chapter.
