The "EVE" medallions were placed on the UNC uniforms for the Carolina-Duke game at the end of the regular season, the Saturday after she was murdered, and have stayed there since.
Thousands of Carolina blue ribbons were passed out to and worn by Duke students and fans before that game as well.
