The late Patsy Ramsey (mother of JonBenet) and her sister Pamela Ellen Paugh, were both Miss West Virginias (1977 and 1980, respectively). I seem to remember seeing a photo of Patsy crowning Pam, or at least being with her at that moment, but I could be wrong about that.
ETA: They were both in the same WVU sorority. I
think I know which one, but maybe a Mountaineer is more sure?
