If the "Mother's Act" is passed, it could mean that doctors will be forced to encourage pregnant women to take unsafe and experimental psychotic drugs during their pregnancies to prevent post-partum depression as opposed to educating people about the benefits of getting quality nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy.
